Fixus Group has joint-ventured with Lembaga Perumahan dan Pembanggunan Bandar, the State Government of Sabah, to build low-cost housing in Kimanis, Sabah. This 45 acres of development will feature 514 units of single-storey terrace houses and 30 units of double-storey shop offices.
